01Overview
Equipment installation compresses a lot of risk into a short period. The item is expensive, the lift is one-time, and the alignment tolerances that matter are usually tighter than the drawing suggests.
Plejad handles receipt, positioning, setting, levelling, alignment and mechanical hook-up of process equipment, working with the supplier's requirements and the site's lifting regime.

Check before you lift
Foundations, anchor positions and the delivered item are verified against the drawing before the crane is committed.

Planned lifting
Rigging, lift points and the sequence are agreed with the site's lifting regime — including exclusion zones and weather limits.

Alignment to record
Levelling and alignment readings are taken and recorded, and repeated after grouting and after connecting piping.
04
Handover to commissioning
Equipment is handed over with the installation records the commissioning team needs to accept it and turn it.
