01Overview

Maintenance work is executed next to running process. The technical task is often straightforward; the demanding part is doing it inside a permit window, beside live systems, without becoming the reason the plant stops.

Plejad supplies maintenance trades for planned interventions and corrective work on mechanical systems, piping and supporting structures.

How the discipline is planned, staffed and closed out.

Permit discipline
Nothing starts outside the permit. Isolation, gas testing and hand-back follow the plant's system, not ours.

Prepared before the window
Parts, tooling and access are staged before the window opens, because the window is the scarce resource.

Small, competent crews
Maintenance rewards experience over headcount. Crews are sized to the access, not to the schedule optics.

Clean hand-back
The area is returned tested, tidied and documented, so operations can accept it without a second visit.
