Process piping from spool to pressure test.
01Overview
Piping is where an industrial project is usually won or lost. The isometrics are unforgiving, the material traceability has to hold, and every joint eventually meets a pressure test with the client standing next to it.
Plejad supplies pipefitters and mechanical trades for prefabrication and on-site installation — carbon steel, stainless and alloy — working to the project specification, the applicable welding procedures and the client's inspection regime.

04Execution approach

Drawing review
Isometrics, line lists and specifications are checked before mobilisation so material and procedure questions are raised in the office, not on the rack.

Qualified welders
Welders are assigned against the procedures required by the specification, with qualification records available to the client before work starts.

Controlled fabrication
Spools are prefabricated where it shortens the critical path, with material identification maintained through cutting, fitting and welding.
04
Test and hand over
Lines are walked down, punch-listed, tested and handed over with the documentation package the client's completion system expects.
