Every hour of work moved from the plant into a workshop is an hour taken off the critical path, out of a permit window, and away from a congested working front.
Plejad fabricates pipe spools, steel assemblies, supports and secondary components to drawing, with the material identification and weld records the site will later ask for.

Drawing to cut list
Fabrication starts from a checked cut list, so material is ordered once and nested efficiently.

Traceability maintained
Heat numbers and material marks are transferred at every cut so identification survives into the finished item.

Weld records
Welds are logged against welder and procedure as they are made, ready for the inspection level the project requires.
04
Delivered fit to install
Items are checked dimensionally and marked for their location before they leave the workshop.
