01Responsibilities
- 01Owning the programme, resources and cost of the package
- 02Acting as the client's point of contact through execution
- 03Managing change, claims and commercial correspondence
- 04Closing out the package including documentation and final account
02Requirements
- —Experience managing industrial construction or maintenance packages
- —Commercial understanding of subcontract terms and change
- —Ability to lead a site organisation and report to a main contractor
- —Communication in Slovak and English; German an advantage
